Terms and Conditions for the Invite Program

 PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY

- The Members Get Members Program (“Program”) is available exclusively to primary cardholders who have successfully paid the applicable joining and/or annual fee for the card.

- An eligible primary cardholder may extend invitations to a maximum of five (3) individuals under this Program

- Extending an invite does not guarantee card issuance. Each invited individual must complete the application process and will be independently assessed and approved by ICICI Bank, at its sole discretion, as per its prevailing policies and eligibility criteria.

- The referrer will be eligible to claim the reward only if:

1) The invited individual applies using a valid invite link,

2) The application is approved by ICICI Bank, and

3)The invited individual successfully pays the joining fee.

Upon fulfilment of these conditions, the referrer will be eligible to receive the Nappa Dori Cardholder, as promoted by Times Black.

- The reward fulfilment process may take up to 45 days from the date the invited individual pays the joining fee. Reward eligibility is determined only after fee payment, which is subject to the invited member’s statement cycle/date.

- Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.

- Times Black and ICICI Bank reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
