User Terms and Conditions for Times Black ICICI Bank Credit Card Application(s)
These User Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) apply between you ('User' or 'You' or “Your”) and Times Internet Limited ('TIL') when You access the website, Android or iOS application(s) of Times Black (the 'Application(s)'). Transactions on the Application can only be made using the Times Black ICICI Bank Credit Card ('Cards') as issued by [ICICI Bank Limited] ('Bank'). The Cards are co-branded and marketed by both the Bank and TIL.
Your use of the Cards will always be governed by the applicable terms and conditions of the Bank, which may be updated from time to time. These Terms govern your usage of the Application(s) and should be read in conjunction with the Bank's terms and conditions.

Times Internet Limited, is a limited liability company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 1956. TIL presently has its registered office at Express Building, 9-10, Bahadurshah Zafar Marg, New Delhi - 110002, India and Corporate Office at Plot No. 391, Udyog Vihar, Phase - III, Gurgaon, Haryana-122016. TIL owns and maintains the Application, providing You access to and use of its features, products, and services, all of which are subject to your compliance with these Terms and the Bank's terms and conditions.
This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (“IT Act”) and rules made there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various other statutes as amended by the IT Act.
This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of a computer resource by a person.
Please note that by entering the OTP for authentication, it will be deemed that You have read and understood these Terms and that You agree to accept and abide by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Application, You agree to abide by these Terms, which constitutes a legally binding agreement between You and Times Internet Limited. This includes all Services offered by TIL. If You do not agree to these Terms, then You must not access the Services.
Your access to the Services may be subject to additional terms and conditions presented by TIL, which are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms.
You confirm that You are at least eighteen (18) years old, are capable and have the power to enter into a binding contract with TIL and are not barred from doing so under any applicable laws and reside in a country where the Service is available. You agree to register before using any Services on the Application, by providing Your true, accurate and complete details including Your name, age, email address, residential address, and contact number.
NOTE: Please read these Terms carefully. If You do not agree, You will not be able to proceed with registration or access the Application and its Services.
TIL may modify these Terms at its discretion without prior notice. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Any changes will take effect upon posting on the Application, and continued use signifies Your acceptance of the modified Terms. If You do not agree with the changes, You should discontinue use of the Application and its Services.
Definitions
- “Card” means the Times Black ICICI Bank Credit Card.
- “Cardholder(s)” means a holder of the Times Black ICICI Bank Credit Card.
- “Merchant(s)” means any person/entity, other than TIL, who displays their content or offers regarding their products and/or services or provides any related facility or access through the Application for the benefit of the Users.
- 'User' or “You” refers to an individual who holds a Times Black ICICI Bank Credit Card and accesses the Application(s).
- 'Service(s)' refers to displaying offers of Merchants, through the Application for Cardholders to access.
- 'Third Parties/Third Party' refers to any third party, other than Merchants, displaying any content (including advertisements) or providing any facility on the Application and includes any external vendor/s or service provider/s.
Contents of the Application
The Application allows the display and offering of certain products, services, and offers to Cardholders by Merchants, without any liability or obligation on TIL’s part. Information and features may be rolled out in phases at TIL's discretion. TIL and the respective Merchant reserve the right to introduce new offerings, as well as to modify, suspend, or withdraw existing products or services or offers, in whole or in part, without prior notice.
The offers, products and services are provided by Merchant(s) and its service providers. You acknowledge that TIL does not provide or host the underlying goods and services, and thus is not responsible for their quality, quantity, fitness, or merchantability. You understand that the Application features products, services and offerings from Merchants, which may change over time. TIL is not liable for any issues related to these services or products; please contact the respective Merchant or its service provider for any concerns.
If You find any of these Terms unacceptable or disagree with any content on the Application, Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Application. However, You remain liable for all transactions and payments made up to the date of discontinuance.
Application Use
The Application serves primarily as a facilitator for the display and offering of products and services by Merchant(s), with TIL assuming no liability or obligation regarding these transactions. Offers, products and services are provided by Merchants, not TIL. TIL makes no warranties regarding Merchants or their offerings and shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from transactions with Merchants. Merchants may bill You directly, and they will have their own terms and conditions governing their products and services, which may differ among Merchants. You are encouraged to review these terms and warranties with the Merchants.
To access specific products or services, You may need to agree to additional terms and/or complete other agreements. Your rights and obligations regarding any products or services will be governed by the terms of the respective Merchant.
If You wish to purchase products or services, You may need to provide certain information, including payment details. You agree that all information provided will be accurate and updated and that TIL will not be liable for any losses resulting from Your dealings with Merchants.
Merchants set their own prices and terms, which are subject to change without notice. The information on the Application is provided by the Merchants and does not constitute an offer or guarantee of service, and TIL does not guarantee the availability of any products or services or accuracy of the contents on the Application.
You agree to pay all charges incurred through your registered ID and password, including applicable taxes and shipping costs. You hereby agree that TIL's records of access, transactions, and activities will be deemed accurate and binding for all purposes and will not be challenged by You.
Eligibility
You must be (1) a Cardholder of the Times Black ICICI Bank Credit Card or intend to apply for the Card, (2) at least 18 years of age and (3) capable of entering into legally binding contracts under applicable laws to use the Application. By using the Application, You represent that You meet these eligibility requirements.
Access
Subject to Your compliance with these Terms (including any other applicable terms and conditions), TIL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. This access shall remain in effect unless and until terminated by TIL. While accessing the Application, You may enjoy its contents for Your own personal, non-commercial purpose. Except for the access to the Application, TIL grants no right, title or interest to You in its contents. You agree that You will not redistribute or transfer the Services or the contents of the Application. The Application and the contents therein are not sold or transferred to You, and TIL and/or its licensors retain ownership of all copies of the Application and contents even after installation on Your devices. You agree not to:
- Modify, adapt, or hack the Application.
- Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code or harmful software.
Registration Information
Only limited/restricted access to the Application is available to non-registered visitors and non-holders of the Card(s). Non-registered visitors and non-holder of Card(s) may not be permitted to avail the Services. The offers and discounts on the Application are only available to Cardholders.
To access the Services on the Application, You must register and hold a valid Card. If you don't have a Card, you can apply for one, but approval is at the Bank's discretion. Please note that the acceptance or rejection of Your application for holding a Card is solely the Bank’s decision and TIL cannot assist You with any issues regarding Your application with Bank.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. You indemnify TIL for any losses caused by inaccurate information and understand that TIL is not liable for any losses incurred due to such inaccuracies. TIL reserves the right to terminate Your registration if Your information is found to be untrue or incomplete.
Upon registration, Your name, phone number and password will be recorded. If You consent, Your face id/fingerprint/phone lock code can be used to login to the Application. Your login credentials are for your personal access only. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your credentials and any transactions made under Your account. You understand that You are responsible for all access (including any unauthorised access or misuse) and agree to indemnify TIL and the Bank for any unauthorized access or misuse.
If You suspect that Your account has been compromised, notify TIL immediately and log out after each session. Any activity conducted under Your credentials will be deemed Yours, and TIL is not responsible for verifying transactions. TIL may reclaim or require You to change Your credentials for any reason.
TIL may request additional confirmation for any transaction at its discretion. If required by law, You may need to authorize transactions using secure electronic records or OTP or digital signatures, in addition to or instead of Your password.
Prohibited Actions
The User agrees that they shall not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the Application:
- Harassment or threatening behaviour towards other users or Third Party(s) or Merchants.
- Unauthorized access to the Application or any related systems.
- Any other activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Use the Application for any unlawful purpose.
- Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, designs, logos, trademarks, software, facilities, content products or services obtained on or through the Application.
- Post or transmit illegal, fraudulent, libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening, abusive, hateful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable information or statement of any kind.
- Send unsolicited communications, including spam or advertisements.
- Upload or distribute harmful software.
- Upload or distribute materials obtained from the Application for commercial use without TIL’s written consent.
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or hack the Application or its software.
- Misuse any software provided through the Application.
If the Application has forums or chats, use them only for appropriate messages related to that forum.
If the User commits any of the prohibited acts, TIL reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services immediately, without notice.
Services Offered
The Application provides the following Services:
- Viewing Offers: Access various promotional offers linked to your Times Black ICICI Bank Credit Card, subject to change and availability.
- Availing Offers: Avail offers either directly through the Application or be redirected to Merchant websites. TIL does not endorse or guarantee the products or services offered by Merchant(s).
- Hotel Bookings: All bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the respective hotel or travel aggregator. The respective hotel/travel aggregator shall be solely responsible for fulfilling Your bookings. TIL is merely providing a platform for You to make a booking directly with the respective hotel/travel aggregator. TIL shall not have any liability with regard to any bookings.
- Event Bookings and Concierge Services: All bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the respective event organiser and/or service provider. The event organiser and/or service provider shall be solely responsible for fulfilling Your bookings. TIL is merely providing a platform for You to make a booking directly with the respective event organiser and service provider. TIL shall not have any liability with regard to any bookings.
- Booking a Cab/Taxi/Helicopter: You can book either a seat in the helicopter or a cab for Your travel with Merchant(s) (only on selective routes). All bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the respective service provider. TIL shall not be liable for any claims/losses that You may incur while availing the service providers services. TIL is merely providing a platform for You to make a booking directly with the respective travel service provider.
- Manage Your Card: You can access and modify the limits on Your Times Black ICICI Bank Credit Card via the Application. You also view Your transaction details and reward points on the Application. You may be required to enter OTP to avail these services. These services are directly provided to You by the Bank and TIL neither has viability to this data nor has any control over it. If You wish to redeem Your reward points, please visit the Bank’s website.
- Credit Card Bill Payment Services: Make bill payments for your Times Black ICICI Bank Credit Card through the Application.
- Visa Services: You can access various visa related services such as Visa at Your doorstep, premium lounge, concierge services, e-Visa. These services are directly provided to You by the respective service providers and TIL has no control over these services and are always subject to the terms and conditions of the Merchant providing the services.
- Live Events: You can book and pay for various live events. All bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of respective event organiser. The event organiser shall be solely responsible for fulfilling Your bookings. TIL is merely providing a platform for You to make a booking for attending the event organised by the event organiser. TIL shall not have any liability with regard to any bookings.
- Activate Memberships: You can activate various memberships as further detailed on the Application. TIL shall not be liable for any claims/losses that You may incur while availing the Membership and corresponding services.
Redirection/External Links
Clicking certain links within the Application may redirect You to Merchants’ websites/platforms without notice. TIL has no control over these external sites and assumes no responsibility for their content, availability, or performance. TIL does not guarantee that these links will function properly and provides them solely for convenience. Linking to external sites does not imply endorsement of their content, sponsors, or materials. TIL shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with accessing or using such other platforms or sites, or relying on any content, goods, or services available on those sites.
You agree to the terms and conditions of any hyperlinks on the Application and are liable to the copyright owners of those links. These Third Party sites and platforms are governed by their respective terms and conditions and disclaimers. By accessing these sites, You agree to abide by them. You shall indemnify TIL against any disputes arising from Your violation of those terms.
Payment Terms
All payments on the Application can be made using the Card or other payment modes as permitted by TIL. However, certain offers may only be available on payment via the Card. Subject to any change made by TIL at its discretion in the future, payments related to offers will be collected in the following manner:
- For availing offers pertaining to concierge services, live events, payment for booking shall be made on the Application, wherein You shall be directed to the payment gateway directly or You will receive a payment link generated by the Merchant on Your registered email ID, through which You shall be directed to the payment gateway. Once the payment has been received by TIL, Your request for concierge services, event booking shall be forwarded to the relevant event organising or service providing Merchant, except in cases where a payment link is generated by the Merchant on Your registered email ID and payment is directly made to the Merchant, as in such case the request for concierge services, event booking would have already been forwarded to the Merchant. The aforesaid is only applicable in case the payment is made directly on the payment gateway of the Application and payment is received by TIL. All concierge services, event bookings made by You are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the respective concierge service provider or event organiser. The concierge service provider or event organiser shall be solely responsible for confirming and satisfying Your bookings. TIL is merely providing a platform for You to make a booking and shall not have any liability with regard to any bookings. However, in the event Your booking is rejected by the concierge service provider or event organiser; despite having made the payment for the booking, TIL shall use best efforts to work with the Merchant to refund Your booking payment within 10 business days from the date of rejection of the booking.
- For availing other offers by Merchants, You shall be directed to the relevant Merchant’s website, wherein You shall make the payment for the availing the offer. TIL is merely providing a platform for You to avail offers of various Merchants and neither endorses or guarantees durability, fitness and quality the products or services offered by Merchants nor assumes any liability with regard to the products or services offered by Merchants. For any grievance regarding the products or services offered by a Merchant, including any refund, You shall directly contact the Merchant. You understand that You voluntarily opted for the offer availed by You and TIL had not induced or forced You for the same. Any refund to be provided to You for any product or service availed by You shall be sought by You directly from the relevant Merchant as per their terms and conditions and policies and TIL shall have no liability towards You for any payment made You on the Merchant’s platform/s.
When making payments through the Application, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Abide by the payment terms set forth by the relevant service provider.
Refunds and cancellations:
For Welcome Benefits, Milestone Benefits and Exclusive Discounts - Refunds and cancellations for any type of bookings, products or services will adhere to the policies of the respective merchant. Please get in touch with the merchant.
For access to exclusive events - No refund or cancellations are allowed post ticket issuance. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded even if the event is rescheduled or the venue is changed.
Data Collection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting Your personal data. By using the Application, You consent to the collection, use, and sharing of Your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This may include sharing your information with Merchants and Third Parties as necessary to facilitate the Services or offers provided through the Application.
You irrevocably authorize TIL and Bank to access all information related to You, including personal data and details about Your use of the Application and its Services. Subject to the Privacy Policy, all information submitted via the Application will remain the property of TIL, Bank and the relevant Merchant(s).
Any ideas, concepts, or techniques contained in the information provided by You may be used by TIL or its partners. TIL and its partners are not obligated to maintain confidentiality regarding this information, except as explicitly agreed with You. By providing information, You grant TIL a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, adapt, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and distribute any ideas or techniques contained in that information.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names and other intellectual property displayed in the Application are the respective property of TIL or its licensors or Merchant(s) or Bank. All rights to the Application are reserved. You may not download, save, reproduce, store, or transmit any part of the Application including screens by any means, whether electronic, mechanical, or otherwise, without the express permission of TIL. You are also prohibited from using the Application in any manner that could cause confusion or deception among individuals or that disparages or discredits TIL, or any Merchant or any service provider or the Bank.
Alerts
Upon registration on the Application, You agree to receive alerts in the form of push notifications regarding any bill pay alert, card activation, joining or renewal fee payment, reminder for availing any Services before its expiry and any other matter as may be decided by TIL. You may update the email/notifications in your profile settings to stop receiving such email/notifications except transactional alerts/contents such as OTP, etc.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Access to and use of the Application, including all content, information, related sites, and any facilities, products, and Services provided or available through the Application, are undertaken at Your own risk. The Application is provided by TIL on 'as is' and 'as-available' basis without any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties regarding accuracy, continuity, uninterrupted access, timeliness, quality, performance, fitness for a particular purpose, or completeness. Specifically, TIL disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, usefulness, or completeness of information, facilities, products, or services.
- Warranties of title, non-infringement, freedom from computer viruses, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, except as prohibited by applicable law.
TIL has not verified and shall not be liable for any content or information or advertisements of Third Parties on the Application or any hyperlinked sites/platforms. TIL does not certify or warrant the performance, operation, content, or availability of the Application or any other sites or platforms. While TIL implements security measures it deems appropriate, it does not guarantee that unauthorized access to the Application or customer accounts will be prevented. TIL shall not be liable for any unauthorized access or hacking incidents; You are responsible for any resulting consequences.
This disclaimer extends to any damage or injury resulting from performance failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delays, computer viruses, communication line failures, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access and use of records, whether arising from breach of contract, negligence, or other causes.
The information and views provided are based on sources believed to be reliable, but neither TIL nor its information suppliers or Merchants assume responsibility for accuracy or for any losses arising from the information contained herein. Communications on the Application do not constitute an investment solicitation or endorsement of any product or service.
TIL does not warrant or represent the use or results of using any product, service, or facility concerning compatibility, correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. You assume full responsibility and risk for accessing and using the Application and any related services or products.
You acknowledge that any warranties related to facilities, products, or services described on the Application are solely provided by the respective owners, advertisers, manufacturers, suppliers, or Merchants not by TIL (unless expressly stated otherwise).
TIL operates the Application on a no-liability basis. TIL shall not be liable to You or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, consequential, or other damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data corruption, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or in connection with the Application or any services, facilities, products, or transactions associated with it. Under no circumstances shall TIL be liable for any damages of any kind, whether direct or indirect, and regardless of the basis for any claim.
If any disclaimers or limitations of liability in these Terms are deemed unenforceable, TIL’s maximum liability to You shall not exceed the fees paid by You for the products or service ordered or obtained through the Application and give rise to the liability.
TIL is not responsible for any inability to access the Application or any misuse thereof. TIL shall not be liable for the temporary interruptions on the Application due to technical difficulties, maintenance or testing or updates, including those required to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
Search results displayed by the Application are automated and cannot be pre-screened. Therefore, TIL assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of any search results or content from linked sites.
TIL is not liable for any unauthorized interception of emails to or from You.
TIL is not liable for any banking related issues arising with respect to any payment made by You on or through the Application, using the Card. All Bank related queries or issues shall be raised by You with the Bank at the Bank’s helpdesk, the details of which are given below: -

To the extent permissible, the disclaimers, limitations on liability, and indemnities available to TIL under these Terms shall also apply to its Merchants and service providers (if any), including their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, assigns, consultants, sponsors, and affiliates, involved in the creation or management of the Application. However, this clause does not shield these individuals or entities from their obligations and liabilities to TIL.
The Application may contain inaccuracies or errors, and unauthorized alterations by third parties may occur. While TIL and Merchants strive to maintain the integrity of the Application, they do not guarantee its sequence, timeliness, completeness, correctness, or accuracy. If You notice any inaccuracies, please inform TIL for correction.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TIL, Bank, Merchant and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with Your use of the Application to the detriment of TIL, Bank or Merchant or violation of these Terms/ Agreement by You.
Changes to Terms
TIL reserves the right to modify these Terms (including any additional terms and conditions incorporated by reference herein) at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Application. Your continued use of the Application after any changes made by TIL indicates your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
No Agency
The Terms and Your use of the Application do not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship between You, TIL, or any Merchants, or Bank unless expressly stated otherwise.
No Obligation for Maintenance
TIL is not required to monitor the Application. However, You acknowledge and agree that TIL has the right to monitor the functioning of the Application, electronically or otherwise, and to disclose any information as necessary to comply with laws, regulations, or governmental requests, ensure proper operation of the Application, or protect itself, Merchants, its visitors, or users. TIL will not intentionally monitor private communications unless legally required. It may remove any content deemed unacceptable or unlawful at its discretion.
Termination
You acknowledge and agree that TIL may, without prior notice, suspend or terminate your ID, password, or account, or deny access to all or any part of the Application, if TIL believes, in its sole discretion, that Your conduct violates the Terms, infringes TIL's rights, or is otherwise inappropriate. This includes but is not limited to circumstances such as Your death, bankruptcy, lack of legal capacity, or any factors affecting Your creditworthiness, as determined by TIL.
You also agree that TIL may deny access to materials stored on the internet or third-party services through the Application, without any obligation to notify You or third-party providers, and shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from such denial.
If TIL terminates these Terms or suspends Your access to the Application, You agree that TIL shall, subject to applicable laws, have no liability or responsibility to You, and (except as expressly provided in these Terms) TIL will not refund any amounts that You have already paid.
The contents of these Terms that either explicitly or by their nature must remain in effect even after termination of these Terms, shall survive termination.
No Waiver
Failure by TIL or Merchant or Bank to enforce any right or provision of the Terms does not constitute a waiver. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by TIL or Merchant or Bank. A waiver on one occasion does not prevent enforcement on future occasions.
Severability
If any provision of the Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain valid and enforceable. The parties shall endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the Terms, to the extent possible.
Limitation
Notwithstanding any statute or law to the contrary, but to the extent permitted by law, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to access or use of the Application or facilities, products or services or the Terms must be filed within three (3) months after such claim or cause of action arose failing which it shall be forever barred.
Notices
TIL may give notice to You via email, letter, phone, or other methods as TIL may deem fit to the last address You provided. You may send notices to TIL in writing via hand delivery or post to the address listed on the Application. TIL may choose to but shall not be bound to, act on any communications received from You through various channels, including email.
TIL may but shall not be bound to, publish general notices applicable to all users in a newspaper or on the Application, which will have the same effect as individual notices.
Documents sent electronically between the parties may include emails, email attachments, or downloadable files from the Application. TIL will consider any communication or document duly delivered if sent to the email address You provided. TIL may act on any instructions received from You via email or other electronic means, including the internet.
Miscellaneous
Clause headings in the Terms are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any provision.
TIL may subcontract or employ agents for functions related to the Application and its obligations.
TIL may send You information about products and services offered by it or the Merchants or any other entities via email, phone or other means.
You are responsible for Your own internet access and any associated costs, as well as for having necessary equipment(s).
Content on the Application may vary based on Your browser limitations.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The Application, these Terms, all transactions entered into on or through the Application and the relationship between You and TIL shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and no other nation, without regard to the laws relating to conflicts of law.
You and TIL agree that all claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with or pursuant to the Application, the Terms, any transactions entered into on or through the Application or the relationship between You and TIL shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as updated). For the purpose of such arbitration, there shall be 1 (one) arbitrator appointed by mutual consent. The venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. Any award made in such arbitration will be final and binding on the Parties. Each Party shall bear its own costs of the arbitration. The courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction regarding any issue arising out of these Terms including in respect of any interim reliefs and You hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.
TIL accepts no liability whatsoever, direct or indirect for non-compliance with the laws of any country other than that of India. The mere fact that the Application can be accessed in a country other than India would not mean that the laws of such country would be applicable.

Assignment
TIL may assign in whole or in part, any of its rights or obligations under these Terms. You shall not assign these Terms, in whole or in part, nor transfer or sub-license Your rights under these Terms.
